Brooklyn Delhi is teaming up with Rita’s - the beloved Greenpoint slice shop run by Jimmy Kunz, founder of The Truffleist - on two limited-edition Indian pizzas, available all September long.
This collaboration has been a long time coming. Jimmy and Chitra Agrawal first met selling at Smorgasburg back in 2014, and now they’ve joined forces to bring bold Indian flavors to a classic NYC slice.
On the menu:
• The Brooklyn Delhi Butter Chicken - tender chicken layered with our spiced Cashew Butter Masala simmer sauce, fresh mozzarella, Italian Pepperoncini, caramelized shallots, and a finishing touch of Tomato Achaar.
• The Brooklyn Delhi Mushroom Veggie Supreme – a hearty medley of mushrooms and veggies with the same bold, spiced base and signature Tomato Achaar.
