Chickpea Tikka Labneh Masala

Ingredients

Labneh

Chickpea Tikka Masala

Tomato Achaar

Scallions, thinly sliced

Neutral oil of choice

Coriander seeds

Curry leaves

Flatbread, for serving

Method

Spread a thick layer of labneh onto a plate or shallow bowl.

Spoon Chickpea Tikka Masala over the labneh.

Add a few dollops of Tomato Achaar on top.

Sprinkle with sliced scallions.

Heat oil in a small pan, then toast coriander seeds and curry leaves until fragrant.

Pour the hot tadka over the dip.

Serve immediately with warm flatbread.
