Potato Chip Chaat

This potato chip chaat comes together in under 10 minutes and features our Chickpea Tikka Masala and chutneys for a sweet, tangy kick.

Ingredients

potato chips 

veggies of choice, thinly sliced or chopped 

1 pouch Chickpea Tikka Masala 

Date Tamarind Chutney 

plain yogurt

Spicy Mango Chutney

Method

Start with a plate of potato chips.

Add thinly sliced/chopped veggies like red onions and radishes.

Microwave a pouch of Brooklyn Delhi Chickpea Tikka Masala for 90 seconds and spoon it over the chips.

Drizzle generously with Brooklyn Delhi Date Tamarind Chutney.

Add dollops of plain yogurt.

Top with a drizzle of Spicy Mango Chutney.

Layer on more veggies, a handful of chip crumbs, and finish with a few extra dollops of Date Tamarind Chutney.
